Please Toys warrants all products except disposable. Products MUST be registered online within 30 days from purchase date in order to receive our lifetime warranty. Products not registered within 30 days from purchase date receive a 90 day warranty coverage. Warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by regular “wear and tear” or damage due to misuse or neglect. ALL warranty replacements after 30 days are subject to shipping and handling fee

For best results clean your Please Toy before and after each use and always use a premium water based lubricant. Do NOT use a silicone based lubricant with any silicone toys. Doing so will void your warranty.
